Yummy, Easy & Quick Potato Cassarole

Ingredients:
• 1 pack (32 ounce) - Frozen Potato cubes
(I used Safeway's or Ore-Ida's Potatoes O'Brien - with Onions and peppers)
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 can of Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Potato soup - Optional
• 2 tablespoons - Mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons - Sour cream (or thick curds)
• 3 tablespoons - Cream Cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional - Garlic powder or/and Italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45min to 1 hour. Until done.
3. Uncover and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown top.
